So quickly do your tides turn-
confused about your proper place.
From this inconsistency I learn
you have no trouble lying to my face.
The wind controls you now-
I cannot change nature’s way.
Although I did believe your vow,

A boy
comes into my dorm room, says “I heard this song today. It fits exactly how I feel about you.”
He then precedes to overtake my computer to play the song for me.
Right now, I’m listening to it by myself. He left me to listen to lyrics about a girl ripping out the heart of a boy.
